Maxi Toppy - Pharma Dual Press

Maxi Toppy Dual Pressis capable of performing the pallet changing operation by two mode: TLTING MODE & NO TILTING MODE.

TILTING MODE: 

by overturning and rotating the product at 180 °.

In fact, this mobile pallet inverter goes through the load and insert its forks under the pallet. Then, the forks lift up the product from the base in order to place it adjacent on two upper forks. In this case the product is completely locked and safe. The operation continues with the product plus the pallet turned by 90 °. Once the overturning is complete, a 180° rotation of the entire pallet is performed and then it is overturned again 90° in the initial position. Once these operations have been carried out, the product is overturned with the pallet that can be easily picked up by the operator. The pallet change operation takes place thanks to the operator who manually removes the original pallet and inserts the destination pallet.

Finally, to have the product with the new pallet under it, it is necessary to perform the reverse operation by overturning the product and rotating it again by 180°. Once these operations have been completed, the product with the destination pallet is ready for the shipment.

NO TILTING MODE:

by pressing and lateral lifting of the product. In fact, our mobile palleet inverter goes through the load and insert its forks under the pallet. Subsequently the product is raised up at the base of the pallet in order to allow the lateral platform to press and lock the product. Then, two forks are lowered down in order to divide the pallet from the side-pressed product.

Once these operations are completed, the device is able to change the pallet. Thepallet changer devicewith the load goes through the destination pallet in order to place the product on it.  The operation is completed when the side platforms open the range to release the product on the destination pallet.
