AXLES  (standard) 

• Tandem 10,000 lbs. axles (Optional axles: 12K 16K)

 POLE BOLSTERS 

• Front removable/adjustable bolster: 45" wide tubular bolster (mounted on extendable tongue)
• Center bolster: 5" double "C" fabricated bolster with 21" lever lock stanchions
• Rear bolster: 5" double "C" fabricated bolster with 21" lever lock stanchions
• Pole cradle: Single pole cradle at front of A-frame tongue for center pole
• (4) four - Heavy duty ratchet-type winch binders with breaker bar
• (4) four - 15` long x 4" wide x 12,000 lbs. nylon straps

TONGUE & HITCH 

• 8" x 4" x 1/4" wall extendable tongue with UHMW polyethylene wear pads
• 6-Position adjustable hitch plate
• 2 1/2" Lunette eye, 42,000 lbs. capacity
• 3/8" x 36" long safety chains with safety hooks to match trailer GVWR
• Extendable tongue is attached to trailer with removable, bolt-on collar with greaseable roller for easy extending and retracting

 A-FRAME & JACK

• 7" structural channel A-frame tongue supports set on offset for increased strength
• Drop leg jack (12,000 lb. static load capacity)

MAIN FRAME 

• 7" x 4" tubular steel main frame
• 10" x 6" receiver tube for extendable tongue
• 7" x 4" tubular steel crossmembers under center and rear bolsters
• 3" structural C-channel crossmembers
• 6 stake pockets for additional tie down

FENDERS  

• Fenders: 1/8" steel diamond tread plate fender construction
• One pair mud flaps

12 VOLT WIRING SYSTEM

• ICC & DOT approved lights and conspicuity tape
• Sealed beam, rubber mounted stop, turn, tail and marker lights
• S.O. cable wiring harness run internally wherever possible. External wiring is clamped on 16" centers with rubber lined clamps
• Wiring harness is terminated in junction boxes
• Wiring connections are soldered and sealed with heat shrink tubing
• Extendable tongue is wired internally with 6-way receptacles at each pin location
• 36" wiring pigtail with 6-Way aluminum die cast plug terminated at junction box
• 6-Way aluminum die cast electric socket (Truck Side) in rear butt tube for light bar hook-up
• Breakaway kit with absorbed glass matt (AGM) battery & trickle charger

PAINT

• Trailer is completely sandblasted
• Seams are sealed with paintable caulk
• Rust prohibitive two-part epoxy polyamide primer
• Two-part acrylic polyurethane topcoats (standard colors: white and safety yellow)

All attachments painted before assembly and installed with serviceable fasteners

AXLE UPGRADES - ELECTRIC BRAKES

• 12,000 lbs. axles - GVWR: 25,980 lb. Payload: 21,500 lb.

(4) four - ST235/80R16 LR-E tires, 3000 lb. capacity per tire in dual application

(4) four - 16" x 6" dual wheels (8 hole on 6 1/2" bolt circle)

• 16,000 lb axles - GVWR: 30,000 lb. Payload: 25,000 lb.

(4) four - 215/75R-17.5 LRH tires, 4540 lb. capacity per tire in dual application

(4) four - 17.5" x 6" dual wheels (8 hole on 275mm bolt circle)

• 10K - 16K axles are available with air brakes

Anti-lock brakes (ABS) and spring brakes

Auto slack adjusters

Air line pluming is internal with disconnects at each tongue extension location

• 95" wide 4" double C-channel bolster - available with either 12" chain adjusted stanchions or 21" lever lock stanchions (in lieu of 45" tubular bolster)
• (4) - 30` long nylon winch strap in lieu of 15`

 HITCH, JACK & MISC. OPTIONS

• 3" lunette eye in lieu of 2 1/2" eye
• Quick-change adjustable/pinable lunette eye (18" of hitch adjustment)
• Visible registration holder
• Full width jack handle extension for full width (95") front bolster

• Wheel chocks and wheel chock holders (7"H x 10"L x 8"W)
• 12" chain adjusted sliding stanchions in lieu of 21" lever lock stanchions (deduct)

 CARGO BED OPTIONS

• 12 gauge steel floor with 10" x 10" perforated sections for drainage and clean-out
• "D" Rings

 OPTIONAL LIGHT BAR  

• Standard BBT Light Bar:  Includes (2) oval rubber mounted sealed LED beam lights (stop turn and tail); (3) center ID marker lights and two side marker lights.  Light bar is attached to the pole with an adjustable ¼" chain and wingnut.  Standard electric cable length is 25` with 6-Way Aluminum Die Cast Connector  (longer electric cables are provided for longer capacity pole trailers
