Since 2004, HUAYI Plastic has begun collecting and recycling plastic waste from various industrial sectors, and by 2009, HUAYI began its transformation into an eco-friendly and sustainable enterprise. HUAYI contributes to the environment by remanufacturing and reprocessing recycled plastics, which then can be reused, thus extending the materials’ lifecycle.

24-hour Fully Operational System

Huayi has been continuously enhancing and upgrading our plant equipment and technology. Apart from ensuring the high quality of our recycled plastic pellets through a complete inspection process, increasing production capacity is another direction that we have been working on. We face the challenge of production capacity and pursue high quality! We are maximizing our effort to enhance product quality and technology. Now, Huayi Plastic’s monthly production capacity reaches 1,500 to 1,600 tons.

Identifying Customer Needs

The Company has established strict and complete SOP. Apart from multiple incoming (IQC), product (IPQC and OQC) and shipping (FQC) inspections, all working, operating, quality control and administrative staffs of the plant are equipped with professional knowledge and skills, and implement all works in abidence with the Company’s rules. We always consider the quality required by our customers at the first priority, and control the lead-time in order to deliver the best raw materials to our customers.

Complete staff training Quality work environment

At Huayi Plastic, it is our expectation that our employees will fully participate in all corporate activities. Apart from complete education and training programs. We also provide information equipment upgrade trainings to our staffs on a regular basis. Moreover, we have created a quality and comfortable resting environment, enabling our staffs to focus on and complete the missions given by the Company in a good work environment. Wastewater treatment system

Possessing water pollution control permit, the Company uses chemical agents to separate solid post-consumer plastics, which are drawn through the filter on a regular basis. The remaining wastewater, on the other hand, is discharged to the wastewater treatment center of Environmental Science Park.

Air purification system

The exhaust gas will be processed firstly through the electrostatic chuck system and its filter will be cleaned and washed on a regular basis. All procedures shall comply with rules of the environmental protection bureau and it is a must to obtain a stationary pollution source operating permit.

Diverse product portfolio with the customization service

We purchase waste materials and recycled plastics, sell recycled plastic pellets and provides plastic processing services. In every process, we firmly stand by environmental protection. Huayi’s quality is trusty as we are doing our best to maximize the uses of waste materials while stabilizing the product quality. Reuse plastic materials to guard the earth together

Each year, about 8.6 million tons of trash are thrown into the ocean around the world. In Taiwan, about 90% of coastal wastes is post-consumer plastic. Taking the whole world in view, we see that the output of plastic products increases year by year and about 80% of them has been thrown into the environment. More importantly, what we have recycled is actually less than 10%.

Therefore, we are doing our best to recycle an enormous amount of marine plastic wastes and general consumer plastics. In the meantime, we have done various research and developments on recycling and regenerating plastic wastes. It is our aspiration to reuse these materials 100% as our contribution to guard the earth!
