Portable Exchange DeIonization Pressure Vessels (PEDI)
Quick Tanks manufactures custom engineered and standard portable exchange deionization pressure vessels. These pressure vessels are specifically designed for water deionization without media regeneration. We offer these pressure vessels with a variety of linings including epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyethylene. These pressure vessels are available in both ASME code and non-code construction. Our standard PEDI pressure vessels are provided with a bolted on galvanized fork tube base.
Quick Tanks, Inc. provides turnkey modular water tanks or packaged solutions for our customers to reduce project timing and minimize handling and freight expenses. Customers can procure and drop ship all internal and external components to Quick’s facility. When tanks are complete, Quick will install all decking, ladders, piping, pumps, motors and electrical panels. The completed system will then be tested providing an efficient turnkey solution.
