Siloxa - Model Eco Line -Power Gas Dryer
The SILOXA Power Dryer Eco Line is an advanced version of our successful SILOXA Power Dryer. In the Eco Line version, it uses ambient air for gas drying through the built-in air cooler. With this technical development, the Power Dryer Eco Line can provide cooling using only ambient air for approximately 300 days a year. On the remaining days, when the ambient temperature is insufficient for cooling, the chiller unit activates.
Like the Power Dryer, each component of the Power Dryer Eco Line has been designed with durability under all weather conditions in mind, ensuring the Power Dryer Eco Line is suitable for outdoor installation. In its standard version, the Power Dryer Eco Line includes a gas cooler, an air cooler, a chiller unit with a cold brine circuit, and condensate separation.
Because quality matters, each unit undergoes a test-run in our factory, guaranteeing operational readiness and continuous functionality. Once successful, we deliver the system pre-assembled and install it on-site, ensuring quick and reliable operation.
The SILOXA Power Dryer Eco Line is suitable for volume flows of 500 Nm³/h, 750 Nm³/h, 1000 Nm³/h, 1500 Nm³/h, and 2000 Nm³/h, with gas cooling from 55°C to 25°C. Our engineers can also, upon request, develop additional solutions to better suit your needs.
To ensure easy installation, the Power Dryer Eco Line is pre-mounted on a frame, requiring only connection to the supply line. Its compact design is extremely space-saving, making it suitable for installation even in tight spaces.

Maintenance of SILOXA gas conditioning systems can be performed while your gas plant remains in operation. An accessible area of 80-100 cm is all that is required for quick and efficient maintenance of your device.
