ZetasPure Water for Solar Panels

SHARE

Consisting of two hydrogen and one oxygen atoms, water contains many different substances. Pure water, on the other hand, is obtained as a result of many different chemical processes in the laboratory environment of fountain or spring water. Apart from the water molecules in its structure, it is water with undissolved solids and minerals. Pure water is obtained by heating at a certain temperature (usually 90-100 degrees) and condensing. Pure water   is also called distilled water . With the advancement of technology, there is an increase in the use of pure water.

Pure water, ultrapure water and ultrapure water are not used as drinking water. Since pure water is ionized, it disrupts the cell order, causing swelling and destruction of the cell. Because of these situations, pure water is used in industry or cleaning works.

Pure water is used a lot in the chemical and machinery industry. In addition, the queue  is pure in many areas such as battery water, forklift water, vehicle maintenance, laser epilation, water jet cutting machines, CNC benches, coating facilities and closed circuit, aquarium, solar panels, worm fertilizer production, autoclave, plastic production, drug production  . water is used. Pure water has a wide range of uses, from medicine to industry. In addition, pure water is necessary for the cleaning of devices in the laboratory.

In Drinking Water:  In some countries that do not have clean water, some waters are converted into pure water by deionization process, mineral is added to it, and then it is turned into drinking water.

In the Beverage Industry: Deionized  water is used  in order to avoid loss of flavor in pasteurized fruit juices after diluting  .

In the Casting Industry:  Mold cooling waters are needed in the foundry industry. In order to prevent the formation of stones in the molds, the cooling waters are deionized. Thus, product quality and production speed are maintained.

In the Textile Industry:  In the preparation of textile dyes, they use high quality pure waters treated with deionized systems. Thus, the product quality is better.

Chemical Industry:  Deionized water is preferred in various chemical substances such as antifreeze or glue used in automobiles. Thus, the pure water used in the production causes the products to be of higher quality and also reduces the loss of time in production.

Pharmaceutical Industry:  Pure water is used in the production of drugs given to humans.

Pure water is produced using professional devices and various methods. After the type of water purified by any method is accepted as suitable for its purpose, the water must continue to fulfill its properties. The quality of pure water must be constantly checked. Firms producing pure water  mostly prefer city mains water. It is preferred because of its quality and its easy availability everywhere. For this, the devices produced for the production of pure water are generally produced according to the city mains water. Different distillation methods are also used for different waters. Unclean water shortens the life of the devices used. In addition, the maintenance times of the devices may become more frequent and more malfunctions may occur.

Water purified by distillation is called distilled water. The distillation process is the process of boiling water and then condensing it again to purify it. While this process is done in suitable environments, it can be used in stainless boilers etc. done on tools. It is condensed by passing through glass cooling pipes in the laboratory environment. The water obtained by both applied methods  is distilled water . Thus, it is purified and purified from pathogenic substances in the water. Distilled water does not conduct electricity. At the same time, this water is  sterile water in laboratories and hospitals. Also known by name. It does not contain minerals, but it is pure enough to be used medicinally for the body. Distilled water is used to clean wounds. Distilled water is also used for analysis in laboratories. Distilled water and oxygenated water are not the same. The properties of the two waters are different.

Methods of obtaining distilled water ;

  • Adsorption
  • Filtration
  • Ultraviolet oxidation
  • distillation
  • Deionization (Ion exhange)
  • Reverse osmosis

It is obtained by methods.
