Q MAC - Galvanised Wood Pellet Storage Silos

Capacity of silo approx 46m   (30 tonne wood pellets worked out at 650kg/m ). 3m diameter x 9.5m high; however, silos can be manufactured in various sizes to suit client`s requirements. 300mm diameter butterfly opening with outlet approx. 840mm from concrete base level. 8 No 100 x 50mm galvanised channel legs (3960mm). 1 No 600 x 600mm access hatch to inside of silo. 4 No pellet viewing windows. High angle roof with removable lid. 1 No automatic roof vent to reduce condensation occurring inside silo. 1 No heavy walled 100mm blow in pipe and 150mm exhaust pipe. All sheeting prime galvanised, all bolted with stainless steel nuts, bolts and rubber backed washers. Boiler manufacturer`s auger fitted to bottom of silos to convey pellets to boiler. Manufactured in our factory, delivered and erected on base by our transport.
