Raisable Bases Flat Roof PV System
Fixed bases for mounting panels in the desired layout on roofs, allowing their raising from the level of the roof. Ideal for roofs with obstacles or other restricting elements, anodising or powder coating option.
The system can be constructed with various profile cross-sections, depending on the location and layout of the panels as well as the desired grid (distance between the bases.) The standard distance of the panel from the ground is 20-30cm, proportional to the tilt angle.
- Rod with code A1800A - 2m grid - SERIES A400 (profile cross-section 4x5cm) only for single-panel or double-panel bases.
- Rod with code A1819 - 3m grid - SERIES A800 (profile cross-section 5x8cm) for the desired panel layout.
- Rod with code Α1780 - 2m grid - SERIES A500 (profile cross-section 5x6.5cm) only for single-panel or double-panel bases.
As shown in the diagram, the front of the base may have a stand allowing construction at any length, to let a certain distance of the panel from the ground where there is a parapet around the roof or due to shading by other elements.
The only constraint is that the maximum height of the structure is 2.5m
In roofs with insulation, it is advisable to choose larger profile cross-sections with a 3m grid to reduce the number of required bases and therefore extensive drilling in the roof for their anchoring.
