Rath ALTRAFORM - Vacuum Formed Parts

ALTRAFORM molded parts are made from high-purity, polycrystalline wool with an aluminum oxide content greater than 72% and inorganic binders. ALTRAFORM offers superior corrosion and thermal shock resistance. This enables, among other things, extremely short firing cycles. The use of vacuum-formed components as refractory linings makes it possible to design and build furnace types that would otherwise be impossible. This applies to design, size, and application. Very short furnace cycles with cold-to-cold times of 20 minutes are achievable.
