Recycling of Low-Grade Cobalt Li-Ion Batteries

Low-grade cobalt Lithium-Ion batteries is the fastest growing battery type. These can be found on devices such as power tools, electric bicycles and other electric mobility. Also the batteries from (H)EVs belong to this group. AkkuSer is currently developing its own recycling process for these type of batteries. This process will be a modified version of the current Dry-Technology method. The new processing line is expected to be ready and running in the first half of 2019.
