BFT offer a comprehensive range of ribbon burners and precision controls for surface flame treatments. Our ribbon burners are used in a range of applications including: Surface treatment prior to printing or labeling, Wire Heating, Brazing & Soldering, Glass Working, Flame Polishing. MPR ribbon burners are manufactured from steel extrusion, the ribbon is made from stainless steel with an internal stainless steel baffle. Burners are available up to 1.5m in length.

Low capacity ribbon burners are designed to operate on natural draft or air blast premix systems and produce a stable flame over a wide range of gas/air ratios and operating conditions.

Manufactured from thick-walled schedule 80 tubing, in sizes various standard pipe sizes, they are capable of a high heat release rate, up to 100,000 BTU/HriFt run 10,000 Kcals/Hr/Cm. Ribbon packs are made from 100% stainless steel.
High capacity burners deliver an even and continual flame pattern and are perfect for many applications including:

All BFT burners are designed to operate on compressed air/gas mixture. The can be used with coal gas, natural gas (methane), propane, butane, or any mixture of these gases.
