This machine equips with the 8mm and 10mm die because the test shows that these 2 sizes pellets are the most suitable for burning. We can also equip with the other size ring die.
It feeds the material with frequency conversion motor, it’s equipped with the overload protection device, off-machine discharge mechanism, and a lubrication oil pump lubrication system.
Feeding, granulation, transmission, lubrication. The process requires the raw material moisture is less than 17%. The material enters the feeding screw conveyor through the hopper. In order to obtain suitable material flow, it will adjust the motor speed. Then the material will pass through the forced feeding device and enter the forced chamber for granulation.
