The TUBOMATIC V450 ES is a robust industrial hose crimping machine designed for high-capacity production environments. It offers crimping force ranging between 660-830 tons for handling industrial hoses up to 16 inches in diameter. Featuring a maximum die opening of +180 mm and a max opening without dies of 552 mm, this machine ensures versatility and efficiency in operations. It is equipped with a 7.5 kW motor and operates on a standard voltage of 375V-420V at 50Hz. Notable features include a separated hydraulic power pack, touch-screen control, protractor for fittings orientation, periodic service maintenance counter, and comprehensive pressure and speed control systems. Additional options such as barcode scanner, webcam, electric pedal, and various safety enhancements like front and rear protection nets are available to meet specific industry needs.
Our new high volume hose crimper Tubomatic V450 ES is able to crimp industrial hoses up to 16'' with big flanges and couplings. Its horizontal layout with a lowered working height was studied to create an ergonomic machine, practical and easy to use for the operators.
