Rod Breakdown Drawing Machine

This machine is mainly used for drawing Φ1.8-Φ4.75 round copper rod. The drawing capstans is tandem arrangement. The 12 PCS drawing capstan and final capstan are driven by 2 DC motors individually. The dies can be changed quickly and it is very convenient for operation. The electrical control system is managed by PLC with 10’ touching screen for convenient operation.
