Sarel - Model SYStem6 -Medium Voltage Switchboards
SYStem6 medium voltage switchboards are crafted with a standardized, modular, and compact design, making them suitable for a range of complex electrical configurations. The switchboards boast an enclosure that is both protected and arc-proof, classified as LSC2A-PI. Key components include SF6 insulated on-load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. Designed to ensure the operator`s safety, each panel is outfitted with mechanical interlocks and visual mimic diagrams. The switchboards cover a rated voltage spectrum of 12 to 36 kV, with power-frequency withstand voltage ratings up to 70 kV and lightning impulse withstand voltages reaching 170 kV. They operate at frequencies of 50-60 Hz, with main bus bar currents up to 1000 A and functional units up to 630 A or 1000 A. The switchboards can withstand short-circuit currents of up to 25 kA for specified durations and feature internal arc protection up to 16 kA for 1 second, with protection degrees of IP2X internally and IP3X externally.
SYStem6 MV switchboards is composed by a standardized, modular and compact series of protected and internally arc-proofed panels metal-enclosed type (LSC2A-PI), equipped with SF6 insulated on-load switches and vacuum circuit breakers.
Complex switchboard configurations can be realized using modular panels.
Each panel and circuit is equipped with necessary mechanical interlocks and visual mimic diagram to ensure maximum safety of the operator.
