In order to increase the profitability of a production chain and to automate production across the board, we also offer solutions for loading and unloading special machines.

Over the years, we have developed many automated handling systems – e.g. for loading and unloading, buffering, sorting, etc. – and integrated them into a variety of production equipment (such as bonders, test stations, sputtering equipment, or ovens).

The components or substrates were and are just as diverse as the markets and the requirements placed on these automation systems.

Our interdisciplinary knowledge covers a wide range of segments – from ceramic substrates, printed circuit boards and highly complex assemblies in microelectronics to wafers in the semiconductor industry, solar cells and large glass substrates for display production. These systems often differ tremendously in specification requirements as well as in the degree of required automation.
