Flintlastic SA - Model NailBase -Self-Adhered Roofing System

This system employs a self-adhered application process that relies on a weighted roller to achieve a bond strength comparable to conventional methods. The system can be enhanced with FlintPrime for priming and FlintBond for intricate detailing. These roof systems are designed to be cost-effective by offsetting the higher material costs with labor savings, making them competitive with single-ply systems. This 60-mill membrane is manufactured with a tough, dimensionally stable fiberglass reinforcement saturated and coated with SBS-modified bitumen, offering exceptional durability. Proprietary top surface film promotes immediate and long-term adhesion to Flintlastic® SA self-adhered membranes. Flintlastic® SA NailBase may be mechanically attached to any approved low-slope roofing substrate.
