On request the production line is able to work with the solar cells listed below: Compatible structures: HTJ, N-Type, TOPCon, PERC/PERT, Bifacial, Back-contact, Mono/Poly. Compatible sizes: G12 (210mm), M10 (188mm), M6 (166mm). Compatible cuts: Triple-cut cell, Half-cut cell, Full cell.
TECHNOLOGY COMPATIBILITY
- Normally our production lines can produce 2 panel sizes, each with the option for customization.
- Standard panel size is 2500 x 1400 mm (reduced size upon request ).
- Custom panel sizes can be requested and can go up to 6 different panel sizes.
- Panel configuration: Glass+Backsheet; Glass+Glass; Bifacial; Ultra-thin; Ultra-thick; Semi-flexible
Ecoprogetti’s production lines are configured to accommodate two primary panel sizes: 2.3×1.4 m for residential use, and 2.5×1.4 m for utility-scale projects. Additionally, our production lines are compatible with various solar cell technologies, including HJT, TOPCon, PERC, Perovskite tandem, and any other crystalline solar cell.
While the standard sizes are provided, we can also handle other dimensions as customizations, tailoring our production line to meet your specific needs and requirements.

FACILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Area required for the production line: 750 sqm
- Area required for the warehouse: 750 sqm
- Flooring: A reinforced concrete plate minimum 15 cm thick, superficially armored with quartz based dusting.
- Flooring coating: Epoxy minimum 2 mm
- Mechanical load: Avg pressure at contact with the floor= 0,3 MPa
- Minimum height: 6 m
- Production environment conditions: 25 ±2° C, 50-60% UM
- Energy required: 150 kW/h avg power consumption
- Avg air consumption: 900 nL/1′ avg air consumption
- Operator skill level: 5 Specialized workers (Electrical-Mechanical background) 2 workers for loading/unloading of raw materials
