Signapur - Nano-Technology to Modify Photovoltaic Modules
the name Signasol stands for a worldwide unique technology for the modification of the glass surface of photovoltaic modules. A nanoparticle material developed especially for the modul glass is applied upon the glass surface and chemically bond with the glass by supplying energy. The surface of the glass is modified suchlike that: The affecting solar radiation is used more efficiently. The performance of the modules is optimized. A maximum protection against emissions is guaranteed. The application is amazingly simple and can be carried out automatized directly during the module manufacturing process, or can occur manually at installed modules already in operation in an efficient and economical manner.
The following graph shows the differences in efficiency between a commercial photovoltaic plant and in contrast a photovoltaic plant modified with Signasol.
Both plants are completely identical in construction and originally had identical performance values. The particular increase of efficiency and yield observed after the modification with Signasol was measured at photovoltaic plants in operation.
