All seams are tungsten inert gas “tig” welded by ASME section 9 DV1 to ensure leak free full penetration. This is far superior to the “mig” welds in lesser quality tanks.

Highest Quality Finishing

All weather-exposed tank exteriors are prepared in accordance with SSPC SP-1 and NACE 1 standards. Corrosion protection is provided be Sherman Williams high performance industrial quality performance coatings. Ferrous surfaces are coated with two-component white acrylic aliphatic urethane applied to 2 to 3 mils DFT. Coatings thickness are verified with an ultrasonic meter as part of our quality control program. Tanks will be labeled in accordance with OSHA & NFPA requirements. We also offer tank inspection services for compliance with SPCC, HM180, CARB, Monitoring Certs and Secondary Containment 989 Testing.
