Aubo tests the soft starter with the equipment in the lab in order to verify the the validity of the design. During the test, engineers firstly test the current waveform when the motor is directly started. Then, compare ramp voltage start and torque control start. Field test results indicate that when the torque control shutdown function is used, the water pressure shock and system noise in the pump system are significantly reduced, effectively eliminating the water hammer effect.We strictly control each test in order to ensure the quality of the product.
