ReRa Solutions - Model RR-3053 -Solar Cell Probe for Standard Solar Cell Measurements
The ReRa Solar Cell Probe (RR-3053) is engineered for precision in standard solar cell measurements. Enhanced from its predecessor, the RR-3056, the RR-3053 offers a sturdier build and cost efficiency. This probe integrates seamlessly with a 4mm banana connector and features a magnetic base for versatile mounting options, including upside-down configurations on both substrates and supersaturates. The probe handles up to 2 Amperes and incorporates a second sense pin for 4-wire Kelvin probing, reducing resistance loss. The adjustable knob refines probe height adjustments. Its standard configuration includes a 2-pin BeCu tip, while optional configurations offer a 1-pin Tungsten tip. Key specifications include a needle material of BeCu or Tungsten, diameters of up to .3048 mm, and 4-point measurement capabilities. The probe holder is composed of hardened BeCu with gold plating, ensuring durability and performance in various technical applications.
The new ReRa Solar Cell Probe (RR-3053) can be used for standard solar cell measurements. This probe has recently been developed as a substitute for the RR-3056 model. The ReRa probe is more solid and has a lower price.
The ReRa probe uses standard a 4mm banana connector and is delivered with a magnetic base. Because of its strong magnetic base, the probe can be easily used in both substrate and supersaturate configurations, since it can be mounted upside down. The probe is capable of handling 2 Ampere. A second sense pin is available to minimize resistance loss in the cable (4-wire kelvin probing, second probe or sample plate required). The small knob allows adjustment of the height of the probe.

- Spring tip holder is a very robust holder that will accept any of the available probe tips with shank diameters ranging in diameter from 10 to 25 mils.
