EMIL OTTO - Model EO-S-002 -Solar Flux
This specialized flux, known as SOLAR FLUX-EO-S-002, has been meticulously engineered to meet the exacting requirements of the solar technology industry. Primarily used for soldering solar modules, tabber, and stringer materials, as well as for cell connections, this No Clean-Flux formulation is halogen-free and conforms to several stringent industry standards including ISO 9454: 2231 and DIN-EN 61190-1-1. Notably, the activators in the EO-S-002 are optimized for the higher temperatures typical in solar module manufacturing, ensuring the flux's effectiveness without leaving any staining or sticky residues. The versatility of application methods, barring foam fluxing, makes it a convenient choice. This flux was specially developed for solar technology, especially for soldering solar modules, tabber and stringer material as well as for connecting cells. EO-S-002 is a No Clean-Flux, formulated to be halogen-free. EO-S-002 leaves behind no staining, sticky residues. The activators are additionally designed for higher temperatures, which are required during the manufacturing of solar modules, without impairing their effectiveness. Application can proceed via all the usual application methods (except for foam fluxing).
