smart Sol - Solar Thermal Controller
“smart Sol” is exactly the right choice for middle range solar thermal plants for drinking water heating and heating support with up to 2 collector arrays or up to 3 tanks - it provides up to 6 temperature inputs and up to 3 outputs. 3 different models with a varying range of functionalities are available.
The installation wizard helps to select the ideal plant installation type which can be chosen from up to 24 hydraulic systems and the full graphic TFT colour display ensures a clear and logical visualization.
2 integrated heat meters allow the gathering of the solar yield on a calculative basis, via 2 pulse encoders or by a vortex sensor; the solar yield can be shown on the display in kWh and additionally as a bar diagram. Comprehensive data logging, remote access via USB, operation of up to 3 high-efficiency pumps, speed control of the pumps and different country languages certify the controller its high level.
The intelligent interaction of anti-legionella function, back-up heating and disable of the tank recharge make the controller just perfect.
Outstanding efficiency functions enable a 15% higher plant performance that is guaranteed on one hand by sun radiation forecasts (saving primary energy) and on the other hand through efficient tank recharge (saving pump current).
