SolarMaster integrative pressurized system is a renovate model for the solar hot water, which adopts advanced heat pipe technology, combines heat pipe solar collector with pressurized tank to form a compact model.

  • Hot water goes out with high pressure
  • Completely automatic operation
  • Work at pressure Max. to 6 Bar, connected directly with city water
  • Combined the heat pipe technology, quickly start up
  • No water inside the tubes, the system can still work even with      several tubes breakage
  • Anti-freezing, all-year-round service even in extremely cold area
  • Gas or electrical boost options are available
  • High wind load strength and High snow load strength

Construction
The SolarMaster Solar Water Heater  is comprised of three main parts:

Evacuated Tube with Heat Pipe
Absorbs solar energy and converts it to usable heat. Vacuum between the two glass layers insulates against heat loss. Heat energy been transfered from glass tubes to the copper heat pipe, then to the inner tank.

Water Tanks
It stock the hot water from the glass tubes and heat pipe, and keep the heat.

Mounting Frame
Strong and easy to install with various options to match different mounting methods.

Operation
Step 1:  The absorber coating on the inner glass tube absorbs sunlight and converts it into heat. Then the heat been transfered to the Aluminum fin and heat pipe, finally into the inner tank.
Step 2:  The hot vapour inside the top of heat pipe, cold down by the cold water inside the inner tank, and become liquid and back to the bottom of heat pipe. And ready for a new circulation.
Step 3:  The cold water go into the water tank through the cold water inlet, and push out the hot water inside the inner tank from the hot water outlet.
