During the last years Kay Bouvet has become a key partner of ISRO, providing critical components for their space launch vehicles and support facilities. This collaboration was established based on our high precision infrastructure, experience in handling specialized materials, welding qualifications and strict quality management standards. Quality Assurance

Over the last 5 years, we have collaborated with the Indian Government in a wide range of activities, from Design to Manufacturing and erection of the equipment.
Our main experience fields cover:
- Solid propellant processing facilities - Design, manufacturing & commissioning of ammonium perchlorate recovery and processing plants on an EPC basis, with associated control & instrumentation.
- Vehicle assembly buildings - Manufacturing of folding, swinging and vertically repositionable platforms for second vehicle assembly building for GSLV-MK-II and GSLV-MK-III vehicles.
- Rocket motor casings - Manufacturing of rocket motor casings using high tensile strength materials and precise fabrication & machining processes.
We collaborate exclusively with ISRO in India, and we are focused on helping them achieve their vision of India as a space industry leader in the following decades.
With over 40,000m2 of workshop, 3 manufacturing units, and single piece handling capacity of up to 200 Tons, our workshops are up to the task of producing some of the biggest equipment in the industry.
It is not only in size that our workshop excels, but also in precision. We own the latest machinery imported from Europe`s best machine producers, mainly from Germany. It is thanks to this machinery and our specialized team of engineers operating them that we are able to manufacture specialized equipment to the requirements of our esteemed clients.
We have received numerous international certifications that qualify us for the manufacturing of specialized equipment:

- ISO Certification 9001:2015
Moreover, the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL) has recently qualified us as an EPC contractor for the supply of a Waste Management & Heavy Water Upgradation plant, an achievement that highlights not only our high grade manufacturing capabilities but also our management excellence, a prerequisite for such a large scale project.
