Sun Stellar - Model FPC -Solar Water Heater
FPC Solar Water Heaterabsorb the solar radiation by Flat Plate Collectors which consist of an insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with glass sheet. Inside there are blackened metallic absorber (selectively coated) sheets with built in channels or riser tubes to carry water. The sides and bottom of the collector are usually insulated to minimize the heat loss. Sunlight passes through the glazing and strikes the absorber plate, which is made of copper plate, which heats up, changing solar energy into heat energy ensuring high efficiency and durability. The heat is transferred to liquid passing through pipes attached to the absorber plate.
Flat plate collector has High efficiency heat pipe type and also protects from Overheating of water. The flat plate collector has a Multiple Installation Choice. It can be flush mounted on the slope roof, providing a perfect product & building integrated installation. It can also be ground mounted onto a flat roof with the angle supporting frame. For most residential and small commercial hot water applications, the solar flat plate collector tends to be more cost effective due to their simple design, low cost, and relatively easier installation compared to other forms of hot water heating systems. Also, solar flat plate collectors are more than capable of delivering the necessary quantity of hot water at the required temperature.
