TECHNO-PARTS - Model 1A1 -Wiper
The Wiper 1A1 is a versatile industrial seal component designed for a range of applications in environments with varying temperatures. Constructed from NBR and PUR, it operates effectively under temperatures ranging from -35°C to +100°C when used with hydraulic oils, and up to 50°C with water and emulsions. The wiper supports a sliding speed of up to 2 meters per second, making it suitable for dynamic sealing tasks. Additional materials like POM, PA, and PE can be selected for specific performance needs, including extreme temperatures. The product is available in special sizes with quick production turnarounds. The snap fit feature, contingent on profile width and diameter, enhances its adaptability across different industrial sectors.

The wiper 1A1 is universally applicable and particularly suitable for applications in which a flush housing end is tobe achieved. Depending on profile width and diameter, snapfit in closed and undercut housings is possible.
Application Range
Temperature NBR: -35 °C / +100 °C
Temperature PUR - Hydraulic Oils (Mineral Oil Basis): -35 °C /+100 °C
Temperature PUR - Water, Emulsions ≤ 50 °C
Sliding Speed: ≤ 2 m/s
Standard Materials: NBR, PUR
