Main Functions Factors
- Output overvoltage protection: The output voltage is too high to cause catastrophic accidents to the electrical equipment, in order to prevent such a situation, this series of high-frequency modules are equipped with an overvoltage protection circuit, the module automatically locks after the occurrence of overvoltage, the corresponding module fault indicator is on, and the fault module automatically exits the work without affecting the normal operation of the entire system. The overvoltage protection point is generally set to 313V±2V (220V), and the overvoltage alarm point software can be set.
- Output current limit protection: The maximum output current of the module is limited to 1.05 times the rated output current (settable), and the constant current limiting operation mode.
- Short circuit protection: When the output is short-circuited, the module pulls the output voltage down to almost zero in an instant, limiting the short-circuit current below the current limit point, and the output power of the module is very small at this time to achieve the purpose of protecting the module. The module can work in the short-circuit state for a long time without damage, and the module can automatically resume work after troubleshooting.
- Module parallel protection: Each charger has a diode parallel protection circuit inside, which absolutely ensures that the faulty module automatically exits the system without affecting the operation of other normal modules. The charger can be connected directly at the output.
- Fan boot: Equipped with two fan start functions, when the output current is greater than 25% or 30% of the rating, or when the internal temperature of the charger is higher than 60ºc, the charger starts a powerful fan.
- Overheat protection: in the case of excessive ambient temperature and fan shutdown, the charger will automatically shut down and protect when the radiator temperature is detected to exceed 85ºc, and the charger will automatically start when the temperature is reduced to 76ºc.
- Measurement: The output voltage and output current are measured and displayed via led English for intuitive convenience.
- Alarming: When the charger fails, an audible and visual alarm will be issued, and the fault information will be displayed on the LCD, and the user can easily locate the fault of the charger and facilitate timely troubleshooting.
