TIB - Paraffin Embedding Kit for Cell Separation and Enrichment
The Paraffin Embedding Kit is designed for the separation and enrichment of target cells using a liquid cell fixing matrix. This matrix operates as the medium material, effectively isolating lesion cells and causing them to settle at the lowest layer. On cooling, the solidified matrix acts as a scaffold, creating a spatial network that securely holds cell clusters without disrupting their structure. This kit includes a specific centrifuge tube compatible with common centrifuges, ensuring comprehensive cell collection. Additionally, the erythrocyte lysis solution efficiently removes red cells while preserving diagnostic cells. The kit employs an agar embedding technique, offering a regular cell distribution with a distinct structural clarity. This approach is particularly beneficial in clinical and research settings that require precise and effective cell enrichment and fixation.
The liquid cell fixing matrix is used as the medium material for separation and enrichment and the lesion (target) cells are preferentially separated and precipitated to the lowest layer. After cooling and solidification, the solid matrix is used as the scaffold material to form a spatial network structure: so that the enriched cell clusters are fixed in a specific spatial position without affecting the cell structure. The cell matrix gel where the target cell is cut is the cell block.
- Specific centrifuge tube for cell block, matching with common centrifuge, complete collection of cells.
- Erythrocyte lysis solution can thoroughly remove the red cells and effectively retain diagnostic cells. Agar embedding technique, regular cell distribution and clear structure.
- AGAR embedding technology, regular cell distribution with clear structure
