The COMPACTMETAL TS system by Aerocompact is engineered for the installation of photovoltaic panels on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs, offering a simplified mounting solution. This system utilizes short rails available in 3.15-inch (80 mm) or 5.90-inch (150 mm) lengths that are directly fastened onto the trapezoidal sheet crowns without the need for cutting or pre-drilling, enhancing both efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Click module clamps are integrated directly on these short rails, ensuring stability and flexibility. The TS08 short rail significantly reduces material costs and labor time with its direct mounting solution. Meanwhile, the TS15 short rail increases loading capacity and tolerance by employing an additional metal sheet screw. For enhanced roof clearances and ventilation, the TSE15 raised short rail is elevated at 80 mm. Accompanied by versatile clamps and UL-certified brackets compatible with various power optimizers and microinverters, this system assures a robust and versatile installation.
