Series TY vacuum turbine oil purifier mainly be used for purifying unqualified turbine oil, especially for serious emulsion turbine oil, it can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water, gas, particles from oil. So that makes sure quality of treated oil to achieve new oil`s standard, ensure whole turbine system work safely. This equipment use a special polymer materials as filter medium combined with vacuum separating technology to break emulsification, dewater, degas, remove acid and particles, make the badly turbid turbine oil becomes clear transparent. Series TY is a perfect turbine oil purifier for live line work; also it can purify low viscosity hydraulic oil and lube oil.

  6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
  7. Work online with stream turbine, hydraulic turbine.
  1. Fully enclosed-type equipped with high quality steel doors and covers for protecting machine in outdoor operation (weather proof, vacuum proof, Waterproof, dustproof etc.), outdoor use.
  2. Mobile trailer type is normally combined with fully enclosed type, mounted with vehicles to move the whole machine to outside fields for filtration works.
  3. Some main parts such as vacuum pump, oil pump, and electric parts can be chosen in different brands as per client`s favourite (such as CHINT, DELIXI, SIEMENS, LEYBOLD, ABB etc.), different brands, different price with different delivery time. Pls check and confirm with our salesman.
  4. Moisture (PPM) meter, flow meter, dielectric strength (BDV) oil tester, P.L.C controlling system and other required parts can also be installed on the machine as per request.
  5. Some consumable spare parts including filters and tools for 2 years` operation are also strongly recommended to clients for spare and replacement in the future.
