Application of Turbine Oil Purifier
Water in oil leads to depletion of additives as well as formation of rust and bacterial growth, the PureTech movable Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier (Model TOP) is especially designed to solve the problem of increasing degradation of the oil and emulsify the oil. Model TOP utilizes multi technologies, for instance, vacuum dehydration and degassing, coalescing separating and multi-stage filtration, to effectively improve and maintain the cleanliness of turbine lube oil.
Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier is especially suitable for treatment of emulsified turbine oil, which cannot be treated by centrifugal separator and other common methods. The water can be separated from emulsified oil through thermal vacuum treatment and coalescing separating.
Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier can be connected with turbine oil tank or lube oil system to perform online and circular filtration.
