Van Gas - Model GasDry Peak -Absorbent Deliquescent Desiccant
GasDry Peak is a moderate cost, high performance absorbent deliquescent desiccant used for natural gas dehydration. Key applications indlude drying sales gas, fuel gas and instrument gas.
GasDry Peak should only be used in natural gas dehydration applications where gas temperatures do not exceed 80F (27C).
When used in a properly sized natural gas dehydration vessel, GasDry Peak will remove sufficient water vapor to establish a 33% relative humidity in the gas line.
GasDry Peak is a hard tablet formed from hygroscopic materials that attract and hold moisture. The surface of the tablet slowly dissolves (deliquesces) and forms a solution. This solution falls to the claim area of the natural gas dehydration vessel to be drained.
The materials in GasDry Peak are non-toxic and fully water soluble.
