Vapor Absorption System (VAS)
Our Vapor Absorption System (VAS) is a patented non-destructive system that is a safe and more cost effective organic vapor control in a closed tank, combined with simple and easy adsorbent regeneration and recovery of captured product. VAS works without the use of heat or flames, which produce Nitrogen Oxide (NOX), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Carbon Monoxide (CO). Absorption allows for the recovery of both our chemistry and your product.
The key market for the VAS system is the replacement of conventional systems that typically use activated carbon. The variable cost of using VAS is less than 50% of the variable cost of using activated carbon. It should be noted that using different adsorbents allow the VAS system to capture different contaminants, such as H2S.
