The VHP800-E81 Series DC Power Supply Cabinet by VEICHI is an advanced high-power solution designed for large-capacity electrolyzer applications. Featuring a modular architecture, it allows for flexible combinations and expansions, ensuring optimal efficiency, stability, and safety. The cabinet supports independent regulation of voltage, current, or power with high accuracy and rapid response times due to integrated IGBT control technology. It boasts a maximum output power of 10 MW with a parallel control structure, and it exhibits excellent adaptability to grid fluctuations as well as extreme environmental conditions, ranging from -40°C to altitudes of 4000 meters. The system ensures grid-friendliness with a harmonic content of less than 3% and a power factor of 0.99 or higher, complete with reactive power compensation and voltage ride-through features. Efficient topology, including a power transformer, three-level rectifier, and three-phase interleaved BUCK circuit, contribute to high efficiency and low DC voltage ripple, ensuring smooth operation for electrolyzer systems. The integrated Energy Management System (EMS) in both on-grid and off-grid hydrogen production solutions further enhances energy reliability and system efficiency by intelligently coordinating various renewable energy sources.
