2. Bi-directional for tape rotation. Each taping head individually run and control.
3. Tape tension control electro-magnetic clutch or Hysteresis clutch, ensure steady tension.
4. Precise tape pitch, overlap can be set and adjusted in ‘mm’ on touch screen. Pitch keep constant even while acceleration / deceleration.
5. The bobbin is traversed from side to side via a linear drive system to provide uniform layering.
6. Vertical taping machine, compact design, occupy less space, suitable for conduct dia. less than 3mm.
7. Horizontal taping machine, wire no bent during taping process.
8. Intelligent detection: in case of tape broken / wire broken / reach set meter / tape finished etc., will alarm, save cost for less material wasting.
