The dryer should dry raw materials with a moisture content of 35% at one time. Some dryers are not suitable for drying requirements due to the length of the pipeline, wind pressure and air flow. Therefore, the raw materials can be dried 3-4 times, which not only wastes manpower, material resources, electricity, and fuel, greatly increases the cost of carbon production, but also greatly affects the next process-rod production. 4. Carbonization technology
Charcoal is a key link in the production of charcoal. There are a variety of carbonization methods, which can basically be divided into two categories: internal combustion method and dry distillation method. Only the carbonization process requirements are different, the carbonization temperature should be 550 degrees-600 degrees is appropriate, early heating should be carried out slowly, earth kiln should be 15 hours is good, machine kiln is 2-3 hours, early heating time is long, can prevent raw materials The stick is wet and cracked. Ensure the quality of carbonization. The quality of charcoal is closely related to the raw rod. Generally, the density of the raw rod should be greater than 1. The simple detection method is: take a section of the raw material rod into the water, the specific gravity of sinking in the water is greater than 1, the specific gravity of floating is less than 1, the density of the specific gravity is higher, and the quality of the produced charcoal is good. After the charcoal comes out of the kiln, it should be ventilated before carbon is released to prevent carbon dioxide poisoning. The charcoal leaving the kiln should be left outside the kiln for more than 8 hours to prevent re-burning of dead ash and fire.
