The design of ENESSERE Hercules Wind Turbine is the result of in-depth aerodynamic studies carried out by a team of wind engineers and transformed into reality by the expert hands of our craftsmen. We started from here, choosing to work only with the highest quality materials.
ENESSERE Hercules Wind Turbine is in fact made using surgical steel, carbon fibers and wood, also recovering materials used in aeronautics from the early 1900s. With our wind turbine, Made in Italy meets the most modern technology.
The design of the sails was the subject of in-depth structural studies and created to optimize the performance of the system, using a particular profile, called NACA. The carbon load-bearing structure of the sails of the Hercules Wind Turbine wind turbine is covered with a dense weave of Paulownia wood slats , handmade one by one thanks to the experience of our craftsmen gained over decades of activity. This feature has a precise aerodynamic function, while the structural function itself is entrusted to the internal carbon rib.
The ENESSERE Hercules Wind Turbine sails have an extension of more than three metres, similar to traditional sails made of composite material, but at the same time, thanks to their design, they give our wind generator a unique and exclusive aesthetic value.
Furthermore, the refined shape of the carbon spokes offers an aesthetic and structural lightness that enhances the sails even more, in a continuous contrast between metal, carbon and natural material.
The tower , the supporting structure of ENESSERE Hercules Wind Turbine , was conceived thanks to the contribution of structural simulations, stress tests and vibration tests, the result of the very long experience in the field gained by our team of metal masters who for more than forty have been operating in the industrial and furniture sector for years. The choice of quality materials such as carbon for the spokes and 316 stainless steel for the construction of the tower offer the Hercules Wind Turbine wind turbine particular safety and structural robustness.
