APROVIS is the specialist for customised solutions. We plan what you need. We analyse your needs and develop a custom-made concept that meets your expectations. Use standard products from our wide range or let us plan and design your entire exhaust gas section, gas treatment solution or special application – from the individual components to the controller.

Direct communication is a done deal at APROVIS

Our very own E-Technology Department responds to specific requests to adapt user interfaces to your needs, for example. APROVIS also has a Research & Development Department that creates new products and constantly improves existing systems too. We cooperate with universities, run our own test rig for CHP unit exhaust gas components and independently conduct simulations using FEM and CFD. You will find the expertise for all our products and services under one roof.

Production and commissioning
When it comes to commissioning your plant, we can help you in advance to prepare the site in the best possible way. Your contacts at APROVIS maintain constant dialogue with you to ensure you don’t have any unanswered questions. We serve customers internationally, having supplied around 20,000 plants worldwide. We also offer remote commissioning, which APROVIS employees don’t have to be on site for. Using remote access, video conferencing or telephone solutions, we will safely guide you and your technical experts though the commissioning process, allowing you to cut costs.

Plant production

APROVIS turns plant proposals into a reality by cooperating closely with specialised partner companies that offer a rapid response and swift supply service. This enables greater flexibility, even in unforeseeable circumstances (such as the Covid-19 pandemic). At APROVIS, generating entire plants means controlling the entire process. And not only that, but also adequately implementing adjustments within ongoing projects in consultation with the customer and Production.

Maintenance and support
At APROVIS, we provide professional support for your systems throughout their entire lifecycle. Teams of technicians know your project inside-out and will help you to optimise your plant. Spare parts are available quickly and ready for use on site too, thanks to our extensive service network. You can install many components yourself using Plug & Play. We perform repairs on heat exchangers for you or dial into your plant remotely as required. Our progress is based on mutual trust. So we incorporate the experience we gain through maintenance processes into our product development procedures.

Our service for you

Extend your warranty by taking out a maintenance contract with APROVIS. We train you in how to use the APROVIS products you’ve selected. Do you work with other manufacturers’ products? APROVIS will maintain and service them for you too.
