Biomonitoring
The purpose of the service of Bio-surveillance is to monitor continuously and at regular intervals the fermentation process, providing the tools to act quickly or to possibly investigate in more detail when we needed it and also suggesting possible corrections of the feed, the `use of corrective or supplements.

Thus there is a direct and immediate feedback and, if necessary, reporting any discrepancies.

This service is provided through a "mobile laboratory" that brings on-site, ie directly at the plant, the scientific expertise of a technician, who will have the task of monitoring the parameters with the necessary equipment including:

•     Titrator;
•     Electronic scale with halogen;
•     With thermometer probe for measuring the temperature;
•     Electrode for the measurement of power Redox;
