Building Energy Modelling

Using energy modelling tools such as HAP and IES Virtual Environment, we are able to simulate a building's yearly solar heat gain and its corresponding energy consumption for lighting and cooling. This insight allows us to advise our clients and project team in order to develop better architectural designs and methods together with the most efficient mechanical & electrical solutions for new buildings. Early stage energy modelling also improves energy point scoring for buildings in the process of obtaining LEED green building certification.
