We will organise the collection of the defective device and we will also cover the freight costs incurred for this.

Want more power for the PV system? If you`re going to replace your old inverter with a new one, the KOSTAL Solar Repower Check provides you with the right device quickly and easily. Simply enter your current inverter`s data into our Repower Check Tool and obtain suggestions of models for your next device.

KOSTAL warranty extension

For our customers who would like to have their inverters protected for even longer, the KOSTAL warranty extension offers an additional extension option. Within the first two years, the warranty period can be extended by a further 5 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty extension can be ordered conveniently from the KOSTAL Solar webshop. This dispenses with unnecessarily long application and processing times. Simple and fast: around the clock and even on weekends. It`s quick and easy: the customer receives an e-mail with the warranty certificate attached as a PDF. To order the KOSTAL warranty extension, the customer should be registered in the webshop and the Smart Warranty option should be activated.
