The development of these programmes will play a key role in the delivery of CESP and post 2012 supplier obligations, as well as the future Warm Homes schemes and, in many cases, there will be opportunity to link in with the Renewable Heat Incentive programme, Feed in Tariffs and Pay as You Save models.
Such technologies currently exist but the markets for procurement and delivery are still very much in their

We are also working with partners and government to establish and benchmark the products and services that will form national efforts to offer eco-upgrades to more than seven million homes by 2020 and how to deliver such programmes within well managed area-based schemes to individual households.
Osborne Energy are an accredited financial services company to facilitate PAYS delivery and are able offer eco-upgrades to the non domestic sector such as schools and community buildings.
