Electroluminescence And Photoluminescence Measurements Services

For characterisation purposes and evaluation of quality we perform measurements for our customers. Electroluminescence characterisation is possible for Solar cells and Solar Modules based on mono-Si, poly-Si, a-Si, CIS, CIGS and CdTe. Photoluminescence characterisation is available for mono-Si and poly-Si Solar Cells only.  Specific requirements (e.g. applied current, voltage) can be instructed by the customer.
