Enabling Predictive Maintenance Services

Using proprietary, patent-pending wastewater technology, SediVision’s on-site crew maps the sediment and grit debris beneath the turbid water. The process does not interrupt service, daily operations, or wastewater plant workers, and there is no need for bypass pumping or draining wastewater facility infrastructure.

The processed data is used to develop a 3D model of the accumulated debris and sediment. Each tank’s loss of capacity information is reported along with the estimated specific volume. Deliverables are provided in PDF format and include:

1. Mapped image(s) of the grit and sediment, overlaid on the tank drawing
2. A quantity summary with total cubic yards of material in the tank and the percent of lost capacity in each tank as compared to the total tank volume, and
3. Wastewater plant operators and managers have confidence that strategic decisions can be made based on genuine hard data.
