We organise energy assessments for all building types based upon:
- Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP)
- Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM)
including producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or Predictive Energy Assessments (PEAs) plus Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
The Advantages are:
- one single point of contact
- co-ordination between the energy assessor and air tester to produce the most cost-effective testing programme for EPCs and Part L compliance
- by knowing what you need to achieve we can better help you to achieve these targets – e.g. advice, timing of the test, preparation for the test.
