In detail: Energy Contracting comprises the planning, completion, financing and operation of integrated energy supply solutions. These are oriented towards reducing the customer’s energy costs on the basis of economic and ecological optimisation measures making full use of state subsidy programmes.
The package consists of supplying the customer’s preferred choice of energy (heat, refrigeration, steam, and electric power from regenerative and conventionally fired energy generation facilities). Our aim is to achieve appreciable savings in costs in comparison with the expenditure incurred to date. This will also result in a long-term measurable safety margin in respect of future energy cost developments. Since the energy markets have been liberalised, contracting is the alternative to energy supply from the major energy corporations.
