Our energy management process begins with data, because accurate usage figures are a vital part of getting you the best possible result. That’s why we start by installing smart meters and Automatic Monitoring and Targeting (AM&T) software.

Once we have the right data, our dedicated Energy Bureau can then use state-of-the-art systems to analyse it. This helps identify energy hot-spots,and target the areas where we can deliver real savings in your energy use and carbon emissions. This might be through incorporating new technology, undertaking retrofits, or using effective Building Management Systems (BMS).

The data is also essential to ensure that you comply with government programmes such as the Climate Change Levy or Mandatory Carbon Reporting.
