The reliable and long-term operational performance of hydrogen fuel cell systems and plants is our top priority! For this reason, the customer is continuously supported by our service team, consisting of service technicians and specialist engineers.
The installation site is checked even before delivery. The complete installation or implementation in existing project structures as well as commissioning are carried out on site by our service technicians.
To ensure long-term smooth operation, we offer maintenance contracts in various forms. From the standard maintenance contract, which includes regular inspections, to the all-round carefree package, we find the right offer for customer-specific needs and wishes.
In addition, we offer operators, contractors or service partners special training courses to help them carry out the necessary maintenance and repair work themselves.
To meet your requirements and wishes, we offer engineering services in addition to our fuel cell products.
These include the detailed analysis of the customer request and the following points:
- analysis of load and driving profiles
- preparation of packaging studies
- preparation of a feasibility analysis
- Development of customized hydrogen fuel cell products and solutions
- appropriate equipment & tools
